Go to Account Settings > Security > Reset Password. You'll receive an email with a reset link valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.
Navigate to Billing > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
